We are committed to building trusted, long term relationships, providing tailored advice based on your changing circumstances, goals, and objectives. With a strong focus on intergenerational planning, we can ensure a smooth transfer of your wealth down the generations or to the people that matter to you most, in line with your wishes in the most effective way.

We are committed to delivering outstanding financial advice and through our long-term relationship we will provide:

  • Your dedicated Financial Adviser supported by a fully trained support team.
  • A dedicated phone line open between 9am and 5.00pm every weekday. 
  • Access to regular financial communications and publications tailored around your interests. 
  • Access to your own Online Wealth Account portal. 
  • Working jointly with your other professional advisers where appropriate.
  • Agreeing a bespoke servicing strategy, to ensure your plans remain appropriate to your goals and objectives. 
  • Access to your Adviser on an ad-hoc basis via telephone and ability to schedule additional meetings should you have any changes to your circumstances. 

Working together we will:

  • Have a clear understanding of your personal financial circumstances and objectives.
  • Build, agree and manage a robust financial plan to support your goals. 
  • Help you maximise your annual tax allowances. 
  • Identify any additional services which will support you and your family. 
  • Maintain excellent standards driven by your thoughts and feedback.
  • Have a proactive process in place to review progress against your financial plan and consider ongoing advice opportunities as your needs change. 

The levels and bases of taxation and reliefs from taxation can change at any time. The value of any tax relief depends on individual circumstances.

Keeping you informed

We will provide you with access to regular communications, allowing you to keep fully informed of how your money is being managed and keep up to date with the latest economic information, including any key changes that may affect your financial future. We will agree with you at the outset what you can expect and when.

The range of communications available to you include:

  • Online access to your Wealth Account portal 24 hours a day. 
  • Annual valuation reports of your investments. 
  • Access to the E-briefing Service, providing financial news articles via email. 
  • Tax year-end reminders of the available allowances and tax-saving opportunities. 
  • Annual Budget Report summarising key announcements.
  • Invitations to client events and webinars, tailored to your interests. 

Vulnerable Client Promise 

At Reflect Financial Limited, we are committed to providing the very best service and advice to every client. We understand that clients’ circumstances and needs change and evolve, and that at some time in our lifetimes, we all have the potential to experience periods of vulnerability. This can be a result of many different factors including, health, age, sudden loss of income, bereavement, or divorce. Our aim is to ensure that all clients are treated fairly and appropriately during these sensitive periods. For example, we can include a third party in meetings, adapt our communication and the delivery of documentation (large font or audio for example), or indeed by spending additional time with you to ensure you are comfortable with the information and service provided. Individual requirements will be discussed, and the agreed actions implemented appropriately. 

Ongoing Advice Charge

We will discuss with you the ongoing advice charges for our services. Our advice is not free. Details of the charges we make for our advice and how it is paid for are set out in the ‘Key Facts About Our Costs and Services’ document you receive. The cost for our advice is paid for and facilitated out of the overall charges levied on your investment. The advice charges will also be discussed with you and the specific amount charged will be provided on your personalised illustration. We will ensure that we agree a level of ongoing service and advice that reflects and is fair value for the level of ongoing advice charge being paid.
